OneXpress is a trading name of Digital Data Box UK Ltd ("the Company", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PE. Operations are based in Cirencester with vehicles in Gloucester and Swindon. OneXpress provides same-day point-to-point courier services across Cirencester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Swindon and surrounding areas. By booking a collection, you agree to these terms in full.
All bookings are subject to a minimum fare of £25. Pricing is calculated on road distance at £2.20 per mile, with applicable multipliers for parcel size and service urgency. Quoted prices are confirmed at time of booking. We do not apply fuel surcharges or hidden fees.
We aim to collect within 60 minutes of confirmed booking during operating hours. Delivery times depend on destination and road conditions. OneXpress operates direct point-to-point delivery — your item is never handled by a third party or passed through a depot.
A proof of delivery (POD) is provided on every job. This includes recipient confirmation and timestamp. POD documentation is available to the booking party on request.
OneXpress does not carry cash, illegal substances, firearms or ammunition, hazardous materials, live animals, or any items prohibited under UK law. We reserve the right to refuse any consignment without explanation.
OneXpress carries Goods in Transit insurance as standard. Our liability is limited to the declared value of goods up to the policy limit. We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including traffic, road closures, or acts of nature.
Cancellations made before driver dispatch incur no charge. Cancellations made after dispatch may be subject to a call-out fee at our discretion. No-shows or refused deliveries will be charged at the full quoted rate.
Payment is due at time of booking unless a credit account has been agreed in writing. Business account customers are invoiced monthly with 30-day payment terms. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
